Compensation Plan
Compensation Plan
Project details
What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details
By December 31 2021, I would like to develop a career pathing guide to include career progression paths for employees with an ongoing mechanism to enhance skills and knowledge that can lead to mastery of current jobs and growth within the organization along with a transparent compensation plan that is equitable and tied to career growth and job performance.
What we have in place
- We currently have Job descriptions and salary data, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A path to racial equity for our org, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to invest the funds in our community food access programs
We have about 28 staff (a mix of full time and part time staff) and would like to develop a transparent and equitable compensation plan that is tied to career growth and performance incentives

Our mission
Our mission is to promote a viable food system, to educate the public about the benefits of buying fresh and locally grown food, and to bring farmers and communities together.
What we do
AIM runs eight California Certified Farmers Markets in the San Francisco Bay Area: three in Marin County, two in San Francisco, and three in Alameda County. We also run a mobile market called the Rollin' Root for food insecure residents, Diggin' Educational programs, and food access incentives. We are also in the middle of a Capital Campaign to create the Center for Food & Agriculture, a world-class farmers market for a healthier food culture. Based on our 501(c)(3) status we work with educating the public about the benefits of eating healthy, locally grown food and supporting local farmers, ranchers, and artisans.
